Cherish This Day
One of my former clients in London died this past weekend of cervical cancer.

Some of you may know her – Jade Goody – the reality TV star.

She was only 27 and left behind 2 young children.

Her death really got me thinking about how we need to cherish every single day that we have.

I also want to make sure that I do as much for each of you as I possibly can.

With that in mind I’ve been approaching my FREE Fat-Loss teleseminar with a renewed vigor.

I’ve now got 5 of the worlds top fat-loss experts lined up for interviews in May and June.

The list so far includes:

Craig Ballantyne - of Turbulence Training fame and writer for Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness and just about all of the big fitness magazines out there.

Jon Hind – founder of The Monkey Bar Gym, celebrity trainer and trainer of many pro-athletes.

Holly Rigsby – author of Fit Yummy Mummy and the expert when it comes to fat loss for women…

Brad Pilon – author of Eat Stop Eat and a pioneer in the field of fasting for fat-loss.

Joey Atlas – author of the Amazon bestseller ‘Fatness to Fitness’ and The Cellulite Reduction Report.

Make sure you send me any fat-loss questions you may have and I’ll put them to the experts.

Yours in health & happiness

I have a couple of items for your fat loss teleseminar.
One is timing of starchy carbs or fruits for those who seem to be sensitive to them (hypothyroidism). Another is use of BCAAs - do they help with fat loss at all? If so, when to time them and how much. Thanks!
