Planning to Fail
You’ve all heard the old adage, “if you fail to plan – you plan to fail!”

This holds true for everything in life but in few places as much as your health and weight loss goals.

Some simple planning can make the world of difference and doesn’t need to take up much of your valuable time.

Here are a few simple tips to get you started:

Every Sunday plan the weeks main meals, write out your shopping list and ensure you have all of the food you need in the house.

Also, plan out your weeks workouts… for example Monday, Wednesday, Friday resistance training, Tuesday and Thursday running and Saturday Yoga, Sunday is a rest and recovery day.

Every evening plan out your next day’s meals and put together your simple snacks to carry to work with you.

Time-block your exercise sessions for the next day. Make sure you write down your planned workout and your workout goals.
