True Olympic Spirit
I wrote last week about how impressed I was by all of the Olympic athletes and what we can learn from them – even if we have no interest in sport…

My friend Ryan Lee just posted a video on YouTube showing one of the most impressive moments in Olympic history.

And No - the athlete involved doesn’t set any records; in fact he doesn’t even win.
Watch it be inspired and moved http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H86W8MxD1Ps

Appropriately I’ve had a lot of people contact me recently asking about how to improve hamstring flexibility.

I’ll be writing on this subject next week.

Please feel free to contact me if you have specific questions and I’ll do my best to answer them.

Also, feel free to pass on these e-mails to friends who need some motivation and health tips in their lives.

Here’s that video link again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H86W8MxD1Ps

Yours in health & happiness
